I have a bunch of oil under the truck that was not there before. It looks as if it is coming from the torque converters bottom cover. Could I have a bad front seal, or is that cover supposed to fill up with oil? I thought it was only a dust cover.

Also to rule out ather posibilities, the rear main seal is new and it is leaking AT fluid and not motor oil. Still learning about transmission stuff. It has a T-350 in it now.

I just had the same problem. Dropped the trans, replaced the front trans seal ($10) reinstalled. Problem solved. It's not a difficult job, just time consuming. I would fix it as soon as possible. Mine started as a small leak and turned into a pour in just a week.
