"the black splined inner seal"

Splined? I'm not sure I know what you mean. I have had a 208 apart, and cracked open a few 241s but never pulled the front output. Is there a rubber washer between the flange and shaft or something? I would have assumed there would be a regular drive in seal on the housing... there has to be. I would ask for the "front output seal". I have found other front output seals at various regular auto parts places; Peptard Boys, AutoZoner, Krackgen... problem is most of the cute young ladies working the computer don't know what a transfercase is, or what a blazer is... they always try to pull up an S10 when I need something.
Sometimes when they go through the whole process tree (v-10 blazer - 4wd - 5.7L - blah blah blah), a part like a seal will not be listed. They have to pull up the vehicle, and then imediately go to the "seal section". They can then scroll up and down through every seal available... watch the screen so you can yell,"STOP!" as they try to scroll past the one that says front output seal...

The autoparts didnt even know what the hell I was talking about. Its a black rubber splined plastic washer/o-ring type.

Going to guess here but are you saying that this seal is to keep oil from leaking out the splines and not from around the yoke? If so pull the yoke off and make sure that there is not a groove from the yoke seal, replace that seal while it is off and clean up the splines and yoke and threads of any oil and seal the end of the shaft at the washer and nut with RTV silicone and call it done.

By the way where in So Cal are you? I am in Bakersfield.

Are you sure the oil is leaking past the splines and not through the front output seal?

If it is leaking past the splines, pull the yoke off, clean everything up and put some rtv on the splines.
