t-case adjustment

i have a np208 and it pops out of 4 hi all the time and 4lo under stress, what could cause this and how can i fix it. It is a fairly new tcase

I would check and make sure that shift linkage is adjusted correctly...When it is popping out of gear, I am assuming it is going into neutral, correct?Also do you have any kind of body lift? That can sometimes screw stuff up...
