My '203 had a brace, but the '205 on the doubler is clocked up, so I can't use the factory brace. I could fab up a new one and drill the frame, etc ... but with two crossmembers, do I need the t-case brace?

Even with it not clocked, the brace won't work anyways. The NP205 now sits lower in the back with the doubler setup. According to ORD, you don't need the side brace now with two crossmembers.

My exhaust pipe will be an interesting configuration. I had to hack a section of it out to install the doubler. Now the shop will have to route it around the doubler setup and try and hook it back up with the existing muffler arrangement. I know the straighter the pipes the better, but my exhaust is going to look like a doctor's signature.........

I did that last week.

Had to cut the pass. side off to the collector.

Showed the exhaust builder how much travel I had on the front driveline, and he tucked it way up. All new from headers on both sides to the 2' from the cat.

Came out nice.

Now if I could figure out how to get my Camedia program to export pics I could show you.

Amen. I'm wondering with my clocking if the passenger side one will have to go AROUND the t-cases on the driver's side... snort.

Still, with the one side cut off, she sounds sweet ... if you like Harleys :haha: brap brap BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP... and she diesels like a mofo.
