Anyone happen to know what bplt size a Thread pitch those bolts are, they're all missing?

Would that be your shifter problems ?
Why it's off, helicoil the holes in the trans. Weird those fell out there usually it's the adapter pulling the threads out of the trans
Been fighting it for the last hour. As im cleaning up tools, i notice that I turned the key to on, but, forgot to put the trans in neutral. No wonder its fighting me so hard.
