t-case help

i have a 89 chevy with a th400 and a 241 t-case it is a driver drop.Then i have a 84 k10 with a 700r4 and a 208 t-case. passenger drop.What i need to know, will the 400 bolt with the 208, or will i need to change anything. Get a adapter or what. New at all this. Thanks for any help.

you will not need a new adapter, but the spline input are different between your np208 and your np241

the tcases behind a sm465 (all np208/np241 and 85 and newer np205) and th400 have a 32 spline input, while the tcases behind a 700r4 and th350 have a 27 spline input
