T-case identify Help??

parting out a 1979 chevy truck and has a t-case with this on shift lever hi-loc hi n lo lo-loc
anyone know?
or need one?

Ditto. Hated by most...loved by a few, like me! Great for driving out of loc when you're on snow or real slippy clay and stuff (4 wheel drive with out bind up) /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
