Found t case support rod.

I may be looking for a non existent factory part. Want a support rod from 700r4 bell housing to np205. Don't think GM made such animal. I am thinking the th400 rod might be the ticket. The th400 case is 1" longer than the 700r4.

I have one from a 400/203 truck, and one from a 400/208 truck, I can measure and report back, I know they are the exact same which surprised me

I'll try and remember to measure the two I have taking up space, see if one will work for you.

Measurements are from the mounting surface against the bell.
Both of mine are the same length.
