Anyone know how much a NP241 weights? Can I pull it out by myself?

I do not know the exact weight, but yes you can pull it yourself. I have pulled ones laying on my back and bench pressing them in and out. the input shaft will help hold it on once all the bolts are out.

using the "weigh yourself" then "weigh yourself holding the part" on the bathroom scale method tells me roughly 85 lbs with some fluid. you can pull it by yourself with a floor jack and it wont be all that tough imo

Agreed, but you may want to get some assistance in putting it back in.
I pulled mine out alone and replaced it with a dubbler(much heavyer) using a harbor freight trans jack.

Yeah, it's not too hard to do by yourself. I've done several. NP205/203.... well thats a different story.
