T-case

How hard is it to change the rear output shaft on the T- case? My seal was leaking and after having it changed it still leaks. I'm figuring the shaft has got a groove in it.

I changed the pump housing..it was cracked on mine and the new output shaft seal. Its a NP241 not hard just use good silicone. Somebody told me to use that red stuff..JUNK it leaked like crazy. The output shaft seal also needed a new bearing. Took about a 1 1/2 hours....thats while drinking beer.
