I changed it out for a reverse pattern, this was in the Maiden's TH400 worked great, when I changed cases, I pulled it out and put it in a bag, ready to install. I do not have direction sheet, but should be available online somewhere
The TH400 output is to mate the output of the TH400 to the input of a more common 203 that was attached to a TH350...this is a custom piece made by a few manufacturers in the past, not sure if any are available anymore. $75 + shipping
