Hey guys got a little something going on with my 670 discharge nozzle not squirting only a dribble. So i'm thinking i got some blockage, i'm getting ready to take it off pull it apart and see what's going on. While i'm at it i will do the discharge nozzle change out and different pump cam. What kit do you recommend for the gaskets, quick kit, re-new kit or what?
Thanks..........Roger

Mine was just doing that it turns out that the squirter linkage was sticking and not returning so it wouldn't supply an adiquate squirt of fuel causing really bad hesitiation during any throttle changes.

But if it's not the linkage I suggest upgrading to biggest squirter pump. (I believe to be 50cc) Also get a set of pump cams that you can plug and play with to determine what the right one is for you.

Thanks man, the linkage is free. It use to be a 6.2 and i used the same tank drained it put gas in it drained that. But im still leaning towards blockage i had it tuned in but i needed to re-adjust my TV cable so i did that and took it for a drive, it was cold out but temp gauge was up to normal. Had a slight hesitation at stop sign then it cleared up gaining speed then all of a sudden she was starving for fuel had to pump the chitt out of her just to keep running. Got it home and had my friend take a look while i kept it running and thats when he said it was just a dribble no squirt. Filters are good so i think it's time to pull the carb apart.

Check the accelerator pump check ball/mushroom valve. If it leaks the fuel will be injected back into the bowl rather than the nozzle.

I had to take out the 28 and install a 31 squirter then turn the acel pump a hair so it gets a full squirt when you hit the throttle. Also like said get a pump cam kit and a spring kit for the secondaries, it will take a lil to dial it in but it ends up all worth it in the end. IF you do get the kits buy the DEI brand to save yourself a few bucks.

Ok made my order:
Re-New Kit
Pump Cam Kit
.035 Discharge Nozzles
50cc Pump Diaphram
Now i need the UPS man.........Thanks for the input guys
