tach dash, how to fix it

I found a 70 burb with a tach dash, they claim it doesn't work but i'm wondering if there is a way to fix it?

someone has to repair them! If you find someone please let me know. I have one that needs the needle put on it.

Cool I called the guy today and he wasn't open but we talked and mine with needle off would be min $50 max $90. Should like a great guy to deal with.
