Looks like mid 70's by the style of the gauges, I have a 79 and they are similiar but slightly different. Also my tach redlines at 4500
not 81-up style for sure as font style and colors are off for them.
Those are 73-77 gauges, according to the font and lack of red-line. The tach will work in any year (73-87) provided they have the pod that takes a tach from any year, the speedo will fit up to 83 or so, I think in 84 they started using some VSS equipped speedos on various trucks.

thanks for the help guys, i might not spell correctly but i am a female ya know, i dont know all of the correct terms and spellings just yet but ya got to give me credit for trying.

A typical tach is going for $50-$100 on ebay. You'll get more out of it if you can determine if it works or not. If you have any v8 HEI equpped small-block chevy laying around, you just just put power, ground and hook the tach wire up to the tach terminal on the HEI distributor. The pins on the tach are usally labeled (12v, neg/groud, tach)
The speedo, not worth a whole lot, the 100mph one is little more wanted that the 80's 80mph ones, but $20-$30 mabey.

don't listen to these guys. those aren't worth anything. instead of throwing them away though you could send them to me and I will make sure they are properly recycled.

My 76 already had a blue ringed guage, my guess would be 73-75. My 74 had an identical speedo when I bought it, but I wasn't lucky enough to score the tach too...
