yes did it in my buddys k5 came out nice
here's what the kit looked like I bought on eBAY. Worked excellent.
previously I had tried to just use the stock mounting hardware from the tahoe it came out of, but they were too shallow for my K5 floorboard so the seat latches wouldn't fit under them.

that's similar, but I used the newer style 2-piece third row. they fold down and flip up. Here are pics. they also match my front seats nicely.
the 2-piece set is so light my wife can take them out. you just pull three latches and they roll out.

the auction item number I won was 221322059512. you can find more from the same seller. $169 shipped.
I've seen the seat sets sell for $200 - $300 depending on cloth or leather. not bad for a really nice back row.
