Has anyone relocated their 73-87 tailgate handle to the inside of the tailgate? Looking for pics/direction.

Do you already have the kit and are just looking on how to install?
Basically you uninstall the handle mechanism. Then you have to cut a hole in the back of the tailgate where the new handle goes.
After you have reinstalled the handle and mechanism with the kit they gave you, you weld the steel plate over the hole on the tailgate where the original handle was.

Where do you get the kit?
any lowrider mag will have the kits in there.
