tailgate harness help

Hey guys, my rig has the power rear window option in it, and it has been a wiring mess back there between the tailights and tailgate. We just finished rewiring taillights last night and did some stuff to the tailgate. From what I understand my power window switch wires for the key latch, the orange/black is constant power from fuse box and the light blue is from dash switch to latch to key lock. Correct me if I'm wrong on this. My other question is how far should my key turn and in which direction to roll the window up and down? right now it has about an 1/8 of a turn in either direction, if that and I'm wondering if this is correct or if it is seized. Please let me know!

Orange/black stripe batt hot. Pink wire to cab switch is ign hot. From switch LtBrown/white stripe and blue go back to the tailgate along with the orange/blk. Pink wire ties in with the door power windows. 1/8 turn is correct.
My harness came out of a junk yard and don't remember the year.

You can try and look up the wiring diagram at gmpartswiki.com you'll have to search for it.
