Tailgate replacement?

My tailgate really needs to be replaced. I was thinking - I would like to go completely without a tailgate considering I have permanentely removed the top (Arizona). I know they sell those cheesy looking tailgate nets out there and that is definately not the route I'm looking to go. Does anybody sell or fabricate a tailgate made from aluminum or steel (tubing). I'm looking for one that can be removed and attached easily. Anybody?

I dont know of any fab'd tube stuff but a pick up gate will bolt directly on a K5 (get all the truck hardware). I'm not sure how widespread of a problem it is but I've heard that the bed sides will sag outward if you run without some sort of get to hold them together.

Just put a pickup truck tailgate on. They are quite light and easy to remove (no tolls needed to remove it).
