Tailgate replacement

Ok I need to get my tailgate internals swapped into a new shell. I don't really know how to do this so I think i'm going to take it in. (I need it ASAP) anyway I was wondering, for just an internals swap how much labour is that? Like is it a hard job? and how many man-hours do you think it would cost me.


PS. anybody in the Greater Toronto Area recommend someone?

I've done it. It is time-consuming, but no way would I pay anybody to do it.

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE GLASS IT IS EASY with hand tools. The exception is, DO NOT USE A SCRWEDRIVER TO PRY THE GLASS OUT

I was lucky that I had two complete tailgates and two rear windows.

Anyway, really, it's quite self-doable.
