Pretty sure they are the same silencer that is on the strike pin on the door. Those are available in the "help" section at most parts stores. Don't think i've ever seen them for sale seperately. Used to have a bunch of them.
Little chunk of rubber hose would probably work famously.

wrong item...this is the long insulator that has a flat side and there is a bracket with two bolts that holds it to the tailpan
