Tailgate trim poll...

I will not be running the lower side trim but will keep the "CST", "K5 Blazer" & "350" emblems. Should I remove all rear tail light and tailgate trim like in option "A" or run with the trim like option "B"?

I've kinda got a combo of both (I have the trim just too lazy to install it), but like B much better

I get that it's a grey. Was looking for more along the lines if someone knew if it was a factory color from something, or say a PPG color. It's kind of a blueish-steel grey.
