I have yet to take anything apart.

Today i lowered the rear 3/4 way or so and then opened tailgate and the window glass slide upward postion.

Curious off hand what might be going on before tearing into it. I noticed lately goes down fine but after 1/2 up struggles badly.

Does have all new seals in back that have been used least 50 times now.

If I do have to replace window motor any recommendations on who to buy from/brand?

I replaced cable roughly 3 yrs ago or less with a new one from Chevy Dealer.

I ran some 4 AWG wire from my battery through a 50 amp Maxifuse and to a pair of 100 amp relays to operate the window.

It goes up so fast that you've got to warn people to stay out of the way of it.

The 50 Amp Maxi holds and the twin 100s are just for a safety factor of about 2x.

When I took regulator out a while back and cleaned and lubed everything I must have not got the gear bolted back right or tight enough where cable goes up in so it was offset.

Once I got gear back in place and lined up correctly window worked like a charm again just had to take a minute to figure out and fixed my own mistake.
