tailgate window kit

good day all,

my trucks tailgate window is now totally jammed and wont move either up nor down.. same problem with my friends blazer,

can anyone give me the part numbers for the kit or parts needed to make it good as new? or please point me to a website..

I can't say LMC's pieces are top notch, so I always recommend paying a premium for any GM parts you can still buy, and settling for aftermarket only when dealer parts are no longer available. This is in regards to weatherstripping type items...things such as rollers and what not might be ok, but again, based on the weatherstripping LMC sold me twice, I wouldn't expect every other part bought from them to have any higher quality control.

gmpartsdirect.com is a decent place to look up part numbers and get prices. The shipping is high, but likely overall still much cheaper than a local dealer. If the part number comes up as "not found" it's a good indicator that it's been discontinued, though it's not 100%.

No, unless someone aftermarket makes one. Unlikely though.
