Tailgate window motor died ?

My tailgate window motor is shot and I have had no luck locating a replacement ? Any ideas ? I was thinking of changing it to manual operation but really don't want to do that.

Autozone sells them through their web site, reman, for $53.99 with a $30 core. Part number is Cardone 42-20.

Not available in the stores.
