Passenger side taillight out again! I have changed it a couple of times (1157 bulb), and it goes out after a couple of days. Must be a short somewhere, or a ground issue? Any ideas on where to check first to save some time? Thanks...

Pull the bulb socket out and take a good look to make sure it is clean and that there is plenty of tension so the contacts make good contact with the bulb.

Can you wiggle the bulb and get it to come on?

No, the bulb is twisted and in firm. Not loose. I can drive the K-5 for a couple of days, then the bulb just burns out.

I'm assuming you've tested the bulb to make sure it is bad, unless it is obvious? If the bulb is indeed burned out then you have a short in a wire somewhere.

Well where is the best place to start at for looking for the bad wire. At the taillight? Or is it anyone's guess? Thanks for your time!
