hey guys, im new here to the blazer crowed and i just bought an 86 m1009 and it has a rough country 4 inch lift on it, i really dislike the lift and would like to take it back to stock ride height, iv never messed with a lifted vehicle before...is it just as simple as getting stock leaf springs for the front and taking the blocks off the back?

Not too intelligent on lifts myself, but if it's just springs/blocks, yep, remove and replace.

Highly recommend getting proper replacement NEW springs, as what you will find in wrecking yards etc. are likely to be worn and thus end up with a lower ride-height than stock, particularly in the rear.

If it has blocks in the back you'll need new (stock-sized) U-bolts when you remove the blocks.

Also note your shocks may be too long. Thankfully finding stock-length ones is easier than sizing them for a lift.

Finally, as noted, the steering was probably changed. This could be done different ways as there is rarely a single "lift kit". Look at the draglink being straight, not offset, or (most likely) the horseshoe-ish steering arm looping up rather than down.
