1991 Suburban V2500 TBI 350 stalls at idle in gear, forward or reverse. It was much worse stalling every time I came to a stop at a light or in a drive thru, but a new IAC fixed it, but it’s still doing it at steering lock. I pulled the brake booster vacuum line off no change, I pulled the belt and the steering pump spins easily by hand, trying to figure out what I should check next! I can give it gas and it won’t do it but when I’m using the suburban to move my trailers around it’s getting awful annoying lol, any ideas guys?

I would still look for vacuum leaks, give the intake a re-torque. If the IAC has just been replaced, an Idle relearn procedure may help with the P/S stall issue. After some use, driving, the computer will "learn" best idle.

I went through the top end looking for leaks, all the ones I found have been repaired, and that gave me my cruise control back. I also did all the lines off the throttle body and new throttle body gaskets. I sprayed the intake with carb cleaner looking for any more leaks and the only thing I found was an arcing plug wire LOL...

Sounds like you covered the vacuum leak, the relearn may help. the passage in the TBI for the IAC may be dirty enough to effect the idle.

When I clean a throttle body, usually for $$$. I always pull it off the vehicle, scrub the piss out it with pipe cleaners and tooth brush, and Isopropyl alcohol. New gasket, and back together.
Usually solves all sorts of weird issues idle surge, stalling, poor accelerating characteristics, in Tbi.
I used to to think it was BS. Until, I tried it several times, with noticeable results.
