Ok s10 gurus! Im looking for a bit of info on the tbi 4.3 nonvortec.

-What years did they come in?
-What types of tranny and tcase combos did they have?
-Does anyone know the approx. total length of a 4x4 setup with a 5speed???

My buddy is looking to swap this setup in his HEEP jeep. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif I told him just to throw a 350 in but he wants to keep the weight down. Any help would be appreciated! Should be good times at the junk yard. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

np207 for both
no clue on what the length is

They started using the NP231 around 87-88. Also there is an electrically shifted variant of the NP231 in the 91-92ish and later blazers
