TBI 5.7L 350 Fuel line adapter fittings

I'm in a bit of a pickle (http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=240130&highlight=tbi+throttle+body); I've been trying to repair stripped threads on my TBI (result of a Firestone replacing my fuel line) and I am having trouble locating the fittings which adapt the fuel line to the TBI. The threads on mine are bad.

The parts I am looking for are similar to the following:

Does anybody have these fittings lying around?

Let me first dig the fittings out of the tool box. Yes i take paypal but i ask that you please add a little extra to cover PP fees.
