TBI bogging?

Mine ran ok when I pop the cts too. But that's because with no signal the computer thinks that it's -40 outside and leaves the injectors open all the way so the engine is running richer than it should. Under load mine ran fine with cts unplugged for about the first 30 seconds until it went into closed loop and then would start to stall unless It was wide open throttle from starving fuel pump.

So your issue was fuel pump

Route your fuel gauge so you can see it from the driver's seat. If your fuel pressure remains steady when bogging you can eliminate fuel pressure as the issue.

It sounds to me more like ignition than fuel anyways.

I cannot route the fuel pressure tester up that far I rented one and it was only about a foot long

Ok well I disconnected by exhaust, straight pipe for now. Even in Park if I go WOT the truck bogs down. Looks like plenty of fuel cone-shaped coming out of the throttle body and if I hold it wide open throttle it will bog out and eventually just die
I did have a CEL today. When I was trying to test drive it. It came on and went off. A code 15. I have a brand new CTS

ALDL cable, tuner pro rt or winaldl. Data log and post it up in the injection section and one of us will look at it. Find the problem rather than guessing.
