I've got one custom made for my TBI. You can have mine for $10 shipped, or you can get one from the wrecking yard a little cheaper, or Napa also has the pigtails for ~$20.

I've got both ends of the cable already put together. This is the two wire cable from the dist to the coil. Napa doesn't sell the assembled cable, only each end.
Edit: I just remembered when I went out to get it, I had thrown it away a couple days ago. Doh! Sorry about that.
I'd go to Napa or a decent auto parts store and get the two ends of the pig tail if you don't have a wrecking yard around with them.
