tbi external fuel pump

Does the fuel pump for a tbi get a constant 12v, or is it pulsed? I have a external solenoid pump, and when i put constant 12v to it it just buzzes, but when i pulse the 12v it pumps. this is with the e8153 pump.

TBI gets constant 12 volts. A Pulsing solenoid fuel pump like the one you have will screw up the regulator and cause all kinds of problems. E8153 is the wrong pump for TBI.
You should use E8094 (OEM) or E8445 (universal) roller vane pump.
