I have a new Vic Morse bored out TBI with his new flow matched fuel injectors. When I started my engine up for the first time I noticed I was getting a small dribble of fuel coming out of both injectors. I am guessing this is because either the small o-rings at the bottom of the injector pod bowls are not sealing correctly, or at worse I have a cracked fuel injector pod. I also notice my fuel pressure gauge shows that I am at about 12 PSI at idle and maxed out about 14 PSI at higher RPM's. I wonder if this is due to my injectors not sealing properly?

Fuel Pressure is good

Hopefully you didn't crack the pod

Dads 87 dribbled from the factory. It was a pinched o-ring under an injector. He got so fed up he gave it to me! Thanks again Pops!

Next time I start the engine I going to see if there is any fuel coming from above the injectors at the pod. Those o-rings must be a bitch to get right because this dribble thing happens a lot.

I fixed the fuel dribble. I had a set of o-rings laying around from an old TBI rebuild kit, and installed them. Now the the injectors have a good spray pattern. Do not know what cause the dribble because the o-rings looked good except one of the upper o-rings looked a little pinched, but not bad.
