TBI fuel pump for carb

spec is around 15psi but average 11-1 psi reg running tbi .

need a return style regulator to drop it to carb spec and dump the extra back to the tank .

I have a 91 K5 and I'm running the factory style TBI pump to a q-jet on my 454.

I'm running a Holley 12-841 return style regulator plumbed in to the factory feed & return lines, I extended the fuel lines along the frame and up the front of the motor.

stand by for a pic...

Not the best pic but you can see most of what’s going on.

I think I have the rubber line figured out, what's the small braided line to the red box for?

It goes to an in cab fuel pressure gauge. The red diaphragm is an Autometer isolator so actual fuel doesn’t go inside the cab, the line from the isolator to the gauge is filled with antifreeze.

What did you use for the regulator mount?

I really struggled to find a bracket for a quadrajet, most use 2 mounting bolts with a Holley bolt pattern. I found a single bolt AED Performance bracket that worked nice but I did have to trim the last bolt hole off to fit against the factory accelerator cable bracket.

Iirc, I got mine from Summit but they don't show a black one available now. Also, I only found other colors on Summit by searching for brand and part #.
