With the engine that far out of tune, a stock cam to match the computer will probably provide better hp along with the emissions. A quick call to Summit can get you a stock grind cam with all new lifters for around $76. Add 25 for gaskets, and $50 for oil, coolant and RTV, and everything should be fixed up for about $150...
