tbi injector pod spacer ???

for those who have installed the injector pod spacer, did you remove the throttle body housing completely, or could you do it in car. could you just unscrew the pod unit and slip in the spacer without undoing the fuel lines and electrical connections? thanks for your help.

I did mine when I did the throttle body spacer, so I did remove my whole throttle body, however you can do just the injector spacer without removing the tb. It was a very simple install.

i installed mine right on the truck ,just be carefull no to drop any of the little screws down the throttle body in to the intake
