TBI issues

OK, 1989 burb TBI all stock. When it goes from open to closed loop it starts to stumble when I hit the gas (I checked to see when it switches from open to closed at A+B terminals at the ECM plug). It just started to do this. When it is cold it runs fine, I changed the O2 sensor and checked the TPS voltage, and EGR valve. I changed the fuel filter about 3 months ago. Also has new plugs and wires. It idles OK, I cleaned the IAC. When it downshifts into passing gear I can't feel it cutting out. I am at a loss?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Did you check your fuel pressure?
