TBI on carb engine?

Not going to run *perfect* (cam specs will be wrong, timing, etc.) however if it's a base motor, and/or for a truck, it's likely to be so mild as to not have any major problems.

Bigger throttle body may cause problems however, bigger injectors as well? Not really sure what the implications of more airflow are at upper RPM's if the injectors stay the same. If the intake, heads, valves or exhaust are limiting flow, the larger throttle body isn't going to affect anything in tune. If the new engine flows better, the chip is going to need to be tuned, as it can run lean under heavy throttle.
