TBI rebuild injector question - with a pic

OK - I am left with these <a target="_blank" href=http://www.vtengineering.com/ck5/tbi-rebuild.jpg>2 big o-rings, 2 small o-rings, and 2 metal o-rings.</a> I am assuming that I remove the injectors, and then put these in for replacement. The problem I am facing is that I am unable to figure out how to get the injectors out. (aside from this I have the rest of this torn apart &amp; cleaned)

ok guys somebody over at chevytalk clued me in on how to pull these - pop it out with a screw driver... thanx guys

Yes, place something, like another screwdriver on it's side to fulcrum off of..near the pods, then gently pry the injectors out with another screwdriver.
