TBI Return Spring

I have an 89 suburban and I radiused my TBI on my stock 350. I have a high idle and I heard that you can fix the problem by putting a carb. return spring on the TBI. There aren't any good places to hook it up to. Could you post up some of your pics of where yours is located please. Thanks.

This is obviously one of those English/American communication problems here....but what do you mean by this?

Here are a couple pictures of what I did. I have not driven it yet since I put the spring on though as I am waiting for my computer chip to get back again, so I don't know if it will work. I just got one of the $9 carb return spring kits from Autozone.
