So, I need more fuel pressure to my 350 TBI injectors. If I give the motor hell, I can get a duty cycle of 120% per "mega tune". Not good or possible, and the injectors probably hate me. I need more fuel! I would just upgrade the spring on the tbi pressure regulator, but in the near future I will need a regulator that has a boost reference, and my current fuel lines are cheap and made of rubber. What I want to do is adapt a factory TBI gas tank sending unit to AN fitting. The kicker is that I cut off the factory fitting on the sending unit line and am currently just running a rubber hose and hose clamp attached to this line. It looks like this line is approximately 3/8". Will the Jegs 3/8 hardline to 6 AN adapters work for this? Anybody tried this? I need to get rid of the rubber hose and clamps. Thanks.

I can't see why not. The o-ring fittings should all be the same standard.

Are you talking about the 100550 or 100551 fitting? Those fittings will do what you want BUT it is meant for aluminum hardline and you might not be able to tighten it on a steel hardline tight enough for it not to move and leak.
