tbi swap questions

Ive got a buddy whos junking out a 94 chevy k2500, im wondering if i can steal the tbi stuff. i know i need the throttle body, the sensors, the fuel pump. what else to i need?

this will be going into my 78 k10.

basically im asking how much of a pain in the ass its going to be?

The engine wire harness, the ECM, and a lot of patience. If I were you, I'd swap the whole engine in - assuming it's any good.

thanks, i searched around here and didnt find it exactly spelled out for me. i did end up finding everything after about another half hour of searching

I'm putting a ht 3.4l into my 1992 s-10 2wd. I read the article on swapping and with previous advice this looks like the way to go. My question is for this application do i need to drill out the 4th vacuum port for it to work on my 3.4, and if so what size of hole do i drill..........thanx for the input
