I have set up a TBI test bench to check and make sure the ECM / Sensors are working. I have an ignition switch, ALDL Connector, and SES Light in the test bench. The batteries are deep cycle 12V Seal Lead Acid with about 35 Amp Hours of reserve. The wiring harness is from an S10, notice the round bulkhead connector.:D I have re-pinned the S10 harness for a 1995 TBI PCM. I have a noid light on one of the injector connectors, and a test spark plug connected to the coil. I still need to test the fuel pump relay circuit with a 12V test light. I use a vacuum pump on the MAP sensor, and spin the distributor with a variable speed drill. I made an adapter from an oil pump intermediate shaft to insert into the distributor. With data logging software I can check the engine RPM, TPS, IAC steps, CTS. I can't test the knock sensor or O2 sensor with this test bench.

Way to cool!

I have got to build one of them for as many EFI conversions I do on cars.
