TBI Troubles

I have a 88 chevy blazer with a TBI 350 that I pickuped for $300 . It ran great when I first got it then it acted like the fuel line was plugged,So I changed the filter again and it ran great for 3 days. My brother change the Fuel pump and filter last may and then drove it for approx. 3500 miles and parked it until I bought it in august . It acts like the filter is plugged but will idle good and rev up with out a load but when you put it in gear it stalls or it won't take off. Somebody mentioned I might have a bad torque converter that won't unlock. any help would be appreciated!!?

If you changed the fuel filter and it fixed the problem completely, then it started running crappy again, I would suspect you have some rust or other junk in the fuel tank plugging you filters. ? Could also be a fuel pump going tits up.... Have you checked fuel pressure?
