tbi wire harness

i have a 89 k5. anyone know when gm changed from having vertical pins in the fuse block to horizontal pins? i was looking for a wire harness at a junk yard today and they had an 89 wire harness and the fuse block pins were vertical, my harness has horizontal pins in it.

What do you mean by vertical versus horizontal? Was the fuse box mounted in a different location altogether?
