I have a 79 350. Would I be able to make it tbi? Would the tbi intake manifold bolt up?Also, would there be any modifications needed? thanks

The Intake won't bolt up but there is an adapter you can get from summit or jeg's.That allow's you to use the intake you have now.

What about the distributor? Would i need the heads of the tbi as well?

No you don't need the head's and you could just drop in a newer tbi hei Dizzy.

No Prob. But the intake doesn't care which dizzy you use. Some of the wiring harness' you can use a older hei dizzy. Some you just use the newere one . I would use the newer one but that is just me. But if you need part's. Affordable Fuel Injection is supposed to be real good. http://www.affordable-fuel-injection.com/index.htm
