TC clutch brake pedal switch

The switch on the brake pedal that disengages the tc lockup,has a vacuum hose comin through the firewall.As seen in the pic,on top of the breather.I have had this plugged for years,where should this go.My lockup does not engage when the brakes are pressed.The switch is adjusted proprly and the wires are connected

thats for cruise control cut out.

your t/c is controld electronicly of the main switch.
