Tcase color.

Just painted it black, then thought why not Banner red?

Any opinions on color, engine is Red and tranny will be a grayish enamel color that the re- builder does. I dont want a million colors but..

Thoughts? Red or Black

Mine is oily.

I painted both my transmission and transfer case with high heat aluminum paint. I always paint aluminum parts with aluminum paint because aluminum is very porous, and grease, dirt, or oils get into the pours causing them to stain. Paint seals the pours so it can be cleaned off easy.

looks good enough.... can always go back to black before I install it. I figure since my kids call this truck “black widow” it should have a red belly.
