technical question about a stock 1990 k5 throttlebody

i did a search but came up with nada. does anybody know how many CFMs the stock throttle body throws on a 1990 k5 blazer?

I don't know for sure but somewhere between 400 and 500.

thanks me and my dad are about to start a rebuild hopefully i can convince him to spend a little extra hopin to get around 300 hp /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif out of it but who knows... i appreciate it

Just get a 454 throttle body and bolt the 350 injector pod on it...the 454 TB has 2" bores and flows about 670cfm

Thanks for the info. I think aroung 500 would be sufficent. Not planning on turning more than 6000.
