Ive thought about buying a couple pairs of jeans for hunting.
I currently use a teflon spray for my jeans. You have to apply it a day or two before and it only lasts till about noon when your walkin through waste deep grass. But its fairly inexpensive and allows temporary waterproofing of your current cloths

I used to wear a teflon polo shirt when I waited tables in Grad School. It worked incredibly well. Before that shirt, I was going through shirts because of stains like crazy. That thing NEVER got dirty. I washed it frequently, of course... just because it doesn't stain doesn't mean it won't stink!
But it was very nice.
